About GaelOne™

GaelOne™ builds AI Transaction Authorization for organizations that let AI systems initiate financial transactions.

Our job is simple

Make sure the transaction an AI is about to execute is still the transaction that was authorized.

What GaelOne™ does

Before an AI-initiated payment is sent, GaelOne™ checks the authorized values against the payment that is about to be executed:

01Amount — to the cent.
02Destination account — the account the money would actually arrive in.
03Reference — the invoice or identifier the payment is for.

If they still match, the transaction can proceed. If a person needs to decide, GaelOne™ pauses the transaction for approval. If the transaction changed, or is no longer authorized, GaelOne™ stops it before the payment call is made.

Keep your AI. Keep your payment system. Put GaelOne™ between them. GaelOne™ does not move money, hold funds, or replace your existing payment infrastructure.

Why the exact payment matters

AI should not receive a blanket approval to spend. An approval should apply to one specific payment.

A person approves

$2,500.00

Acme Supply Co.

Account •••• 8472

Invoice #48219

The AI later attempts to send that same $2,500.00 to

Account •••• 2291

The original approval no longer applies, and GaelOne™ stops the transaction. The amount did not change, so nothing a spending limit inspects would have caught it.

Your AI cannot use one approval to send a different payment.

How GaelOne™ decides

Immediately before execution, GaelOne™ checks the transaction again and returns one of three answers. There is no fourth.

ALLOW

This exact payment is authorized.

The payment call may proceed.

ASK

This exact payment needs a person.

Nothing executes until the required approval is given.

STOP

This payment is not authorized.

The payment call is not made.

You can watch all three run against the real checkpoint on the live proof.

The principle

Approve the transaction. Never the agent.

  • No valid authorization means no payment call.
  • No payment call means nothing moves.

Where GaelOne™ fits

Your AI still decides what it wants to do. GaelOne™ determines whether the exact financial transaction is authorized. Your existing payment system still executes the payment.

AI proposes. GaelOne™ checks. Your payment system executes.

Architecture describes the path in full, including what does not reach GaelOne™.

Who builds it

GaelOne™ is built and operated by GaelOne™. It is an early-stage product under active development, and the team that writes the code is the team that answers the questions. What is enforced today, and what has not been done, are both listed on Trust.
