Terms
The basic terms for using GaelOne™ while it is in development.
This page is an initial draft written by the product team. It has not been reviewed by counsel and is not a substitute for final legal review before commercial release.
Who provides GaelOne™
GaelOne™ is software provided by GaelOne™.
What you are responsible for
- The agents you connect and the systems you connect them to.
- The authority you grant, including which actions, which systems, how long, and how many times.
- Who you allow to approve actions, and who you allow to grant authority.
- Reviewing the record of what your agents requested and what they did.
Recommendations
GaelOne™ may suggest limits for an agent based on what it observed. Those suggestions are informational. A recommendation does not create authority. An authorized person must review it and activate it before an agent can act.
What we do not guarantee
- GaelOne™ does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- GaelOne™ does not guarantee that an agent will behave correctly.
- GaelOne™ does not provide legal, compliance, or security advice.
What you may not do
- Use GaelOne™ for unlawful activity.
- Attempt to bypass authority checks, approval requirements, or evidence records.
- Attempt to make an agent approve its own actions or widen its own authority.
Status of the product
GaelOne™ remains under development unless separately contracted. Features, limits, and behavior may change.
This initial terms page is not a substitute for final legal review before commercial release.
GaelOne™ and related marks are proprietary to GaelOne™.
