Acceptable Use
What you may not do with GaelOne™.
Prohibited use
- Unlawful activity of any kind.
- Reaching systems, data, or organizations you are not authorized to reach.
- Turning off, deleting, altering, or interfering with evidence and logging.
- Working around authority checks, approval requirements, or execution checks.
- Pretending to be another person, agent, or organization.
- Automation intended to cause harm, damage, or disruption.
- Destructive activity against systems you do not own or operate.
- Making an agent approve its own actions.
- Making an agent widen, renew, or restore its own authority.
- Interfering with the separation between organizations.
- Attempting to exploit, overload, or disrupt the service.
Some of these are enforced, not just prohibited
The product refuses the following outright, so they are not a matter of policy alone:
- An agent cannot approve its own action. Approving requires a signed-in person.
- An agent cannot change its own authority. Only a person with the right to grant authority can.
- One organization cannot see or reach another organization’s agents, authority, or records.
- Identity and organization sent by a caller are rejected. Both come only from the signed-in session.
