Scope of this page

This page describes the current GaelOne™ demonstration and development environment. It will be updated before external production use to reflect actual data collection, retention, sharing, subprocessors, and customer rights.

What the product stores today

• The organizations, people, and agents you create.
• The authority granted to an agent, including its limits and its current state.
• The actions an agent requested, what GaelOne™ decided, and who approved or rejected them.
• A record of actions that were carried out, and the exact authority that allowed each one.
• Sign-in sessions, stored as a one-way hash. The session token itself is never stored.

Not yet determined

The following have not been established and are deliberately not described here: analytics, cookies beyond the sign-in session, third-party subprocessors, retention periods, deletion timelines, international transfer mechanisms, and the process for exercising data rights. When these are decided, this page will be replaced with the real answers.
